      <title>BT Premium email unable to create new email account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logging into my BT account and following the help instructions to create an additional email account is not working. The steps indicated under my products are not shown.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New account required as despite blocking users and domains my wife's account is being bombarded with SPAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only have at present the BT email product at premium level that I pay for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help/guidance would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
