    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It is the BT element that i still have that isnt working though. I can see my broadband and everything has move if i login with my BT id, if i select the EE account in my bt it says manage email but then says i am not the account holder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.ee.co.uk/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EE are a separate company within the BT Group.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My problem was fixed by BT support team. They moved the email product back to my original BT account. As far as I understand the situation New EE does not offer an email account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
