Why is it there are obvious bugs in email that take years to correct

Does anyone else experience the fairly new one where you are typing away and look up and the text has jumped to the top line so you have to copy and paste to get it in the right place

Welcome to the Forum @softy and yes, the jumping cursor problem has been reported before, so BT are aware of it.

It might help if you set auto-save to 5 minutes in your mail settings but it seems that the jumping cursor is random and almost uncontrollable.

You might find other bugs as you continue to use the webmail interface, many of which will have been reported in this thread - https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/BT-Webmail-Feedback-v2-post-16th-April-release/td-p/2376642 - which BT is monitoring.

Yes, this happens to me all the time.
