    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I moved to EE and now cannot manage email accounts, I get a message saying I am not the account holder.&amp;nbsp; I spoke to BT chat and they fobbed me off and said&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Yes you cannot create new email address or remove existing email address after moving to EE"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I then asked why it says I can and the reply&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Yes but that is for BT account but BT accounts are all being closed and customers are now moved to EE For now you cannot add new addresses on MyEE"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't recall agreeing to having my BT account closed (and coincidentaly now I cannot login to BT account at all and all my extra email addresses have disappeared when I login to webmail)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I note from other posters on here that this was fixed, can anyone please help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Alan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
