    <description>Thankyou,&lt;BR /&gt;BT Tech Support resolved this issue by moving my Email management from my new EE account number back to my original BT account. The manage Email option is now available under my original BT account on MyBT.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend calling or messaging the technical support team on this link &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/email" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Fix email | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should be able to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;
