    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was originally on Talk21 which , as you might know, was taken over by BT.&amp;nbsp; No problems un til yesterday when I started getting "too many tries" failure messages.&amp;nbsp; I now have to reset my preferences every time I want to log in to BT mail, then still go round the houses about 3 times before I can see the Inbox.&amp;nbsp; No problem once I am in, but a nightmare getting there.&amp;nbsp; I am on Win 10 version 22H2 / build&amp;nbsp;19045.4529.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting redirected to the BT.com home page, press email, go through the login in again, only to end up back at the home page.&amp;nbsp; The error message in the address bar ends in "2002".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
