&lt;P&gt;The first step to try is to delete your cookies and cache. After that, reset your password by logging into &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/mybt" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/mybt&lt;/A&gt; and go to the email manage section.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using &lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/308442" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;@talk21&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.com, and you still can't get in, please try changing how you log in. For example, if you used &lt;A href="mailto:DanielS@talk21.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;DanielS@talk21.com&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; you would now use &lt;A href="mailto:DanielS.t21@btinternet.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;DanielS.t21@btinternet.com&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to log in.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. Windows 10 did an auto update and now I get&amp;nbsp;btmCode=bmx_2002&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it logs in ok but most times I can no longer access my email. BT seem to have lost the plot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
