Cant scroll back more than a week

I have thousands of emails but can only scroll back 10 days, been on the phone to BT who couldnt help despite her best efforts. Has anyone else experienced this, on my phone and I pad it works fine but not my desk top which is only a few months old. Worked fine up until today????

Logged in this afternoon and found that I also cannot scroll back more than a week. Does anyone know how I can access more of my emails?

On another thread someone suggested using the View menu in the top right corner to switch off Conversation mode, that worked for us
