BT Email Inbox Malfunction, can only see last 50 posts

I'm using Win10 64 bit and Google Chrome. When I log in to my BT email I can only see the last 50 posts (by Date) in my Inbox. I cannot scroll down below, in my case 15th June 2024. I have not deleted the posts, they used to go back about 4 years. The Sent box still contains posts going back about 4 years. It looks like the posts are still there but are not accessible in the normal way, if I click the 3 horizontal bars at the top of the Inbox to "Sort by Read" then Unread messages going back about 4 years, well before 15th June 2024 appear. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to solve it? Thanks for any help.

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
