      <description>I have Adblock Plus and Ghostery extensions installed. When I disabled these for BT Mail website, the message saying 'The application is having trouble connecting to the server' cleared and I was able to continue to webmail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure if this was the fix, or a co-incidence?</description>
