Prining emails from new BT Mail

How do you print emails from the new BT Mail? All I get is a popup box saying "Mail threads won't be printed, only individual messages selected will be printed" How do I select an "individual message"? everything I've tried doesn't work.

I have the same problem with my BT account via webmail and cannot remedy (using Firefox browser).

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
