Can any kind soul suggest a solution for my problem please? I spend half my year abroad and in order to access BBC (“Gardeners’ World” if you must know) I use a VPN. Whenever this is activated I get a text from BT informing me that my email account has been secured and I need to reset password etc. This is becoming very tedious and a daily ritual. I believe it can be solved - but by a wiser owl than myself.
