Error code bmx_2xxx when trying to access email account

Hi I am trying to access Email account but keep receiving Error code bmx_2xxx

Please help!

Got the same problem as others did earlier in the year. This is what I get -

Sorry, something's gone wrong!

There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again!

If you keep getting this message please contact the helpdesk, quoting the error code starting bmx_2xxx you'll find in your browser.

Can't find the helpdesk, of course, so no way currently to get this resolved. Grateful for any ideas out there.

Same here, Mike. Can't get into MyBT either. I suspect (I hope) that it's a problem at BT's end. Funnily enough I've never had this error before unlike so many others did when the new email system was brought in. Fingers crossed that they get it sorted sooner rather than later. Sorry I can't provide any help!

NOt working for me either - just get a blank screen followed by cant reach this page message

Tried to login to my BT Email and received

Help with an email error

Sorry, somethings gone wrong

There seems etc etc

btmCode=bmx_2008 follows gradual grief with having more clicks to access anything . Begs the question, has bt ever made any alteration to service that does not cause more problems than it fixes?

Yes, had all this. Answer to your question `where is the BT helpdesk` ....... not on this planet.
