      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to log in I get a message HTTP Status 404 followed by Apache Topcat 8.5 etc. I now have to go in by tping British Telecom in full. I've changed my password but it hasn't made any difference. Is this happening to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
