Yet again I am finding that 75-80% of all my good and regular senders' emails are being put into spam by BT whilst some clearly Spam are being directed to my inbox. Two voluntary organisations I work for send several important emails each day but depite my marking them as safe etc, they still go into Spam. It really is tiresome as I need to go direct to BT to access them rather than use my own email management system. Also, what is the point of letting me define what is and what is not spam when the BT system appears to take no notice of my settings? I have used BT 'for ever' so this is hardly something new happening to my account.
