thanks for the suggestion - I have now done that for the 2 addresses I know about and will find out if it makes a difference. However, it rather misses the whole point of the problem - how do I know the addresses of (other) mails that are not coming through? It must surely be a problem at the server end?

still looking for help..........

same problem here - I only know of 2 senders - one personal, one business - but could be others going astray I don't know about. As with other respondents, neither of these addresses or domains are blocked, and none of the mails have gone to spam folder. Have checked webmail, as well as my preferred Outlook.

I had the personal mail forwarded from another person so I can see that it was correctly addressed.

In the thread above, I did not see any suggestions on what to check or fix other than those I've mentioned and these didn't work. Please help!

Have you tried adding their email addresses to your "Safe Senders" list?

I think there is nothing further the forum can do or suggest.

As you are unable to say for sure that you are not receiving emails, other than the two you have mentioned, I suspect that BT won't be able to offer much help either however you could get in touch with the BT email technical helpdesk by calling or using the 'Message now' link on this page: Fix email | BT Help. If using the Message now option choose - Existing customer - Technical support - Broadband to get to the correct team.
