New Laptop - cant set up with IMAP

Hola peeps, I’ve bought a new laptop, and am having trouble installing BT email in Outlook.

I have 4 devices, that I want to run Outlook on, through Office 365, so I can sync emails and calendar.

Any help appreciated , TIA

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client

Hi GG, I am a Broadband customer

I've now sorted the problem !!

I was trying to set up with my old @btopenworld, and not the @BtInternet one !!

The old one still works on my old laptop though !
