BT Mail App

I have recently started using the BT Mail App on my iPhone and have found that the App is NOT using the reply field sent out with an email, but is always using the From Address.

Any solutions for this please ?

Use a different mail app, the BT app is dire.

Have a search through the forum to see what other problems users have had and go to the Apple and Google app stores and read the reviews.

It lurches from one problem to another with virtually every update.

Doubtful.

BT are an ISP, I have no idea why they think it necessary to try and produce a mail app when there are countless apps out there already.
