    <description>&lt;P&gt;I presume that you are referring to " 2 Factor Authentication" that is available with BT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This was introduced a few years ago and it must be activated by the account holder, not BT so if you are getting this it must have been activated by the account holder.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;After entering email address and password I am now being asked to verify my identity by passcode and choose whether by phone or email!!&amp;nbsp; Is this something else BT have introduced without notice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did not change the setting.&amp;nbsp; I was in my emails and then as it now does it closed and when I logged back in I was asked to verify.&amp;nbsp; I have not logged into MYBT for around six months but have now gone in and switched the two step off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very strange!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
