How to report mujltiple email defects?

I am puzzled as to the approved route for flagging defects in the btinternet email system. Does anyone from within BT assess reported defects and arrange to have them addressed?

Hello, thanks for your reply.

Current issues are these:

When I am typing, the cursor quite frequently moves to the start of the first line
If I want to scroll down to see recent emails in Inbox (for example, after returning from a period away from the computer), I have to go to the SEARCH left hand panel to set a start date, then hit SEARCH in order to see older emails in the Inbox. Perhaps this is intentional, but it is different from the way it used to behave.
The font changes size intermittently; I have to reset the desired font
If I forward an email sent to me, the original text (which had chevrons indicating that it is being forwarded) now appears as one long line which wraps around over two or three lines. The chevrons are included so that it is a muddle to read.
It does seem to be slower to load compared to how it was prior to last April.

I use Google as my chosen browser:

Chrome is up to date

Version 128.0.6613.120 (Official Build) (64-bit))

I have tried MS Edge. I did not use it for long, but did notice that at least one of the faults identified above was also present when using that browser.

Have you tried logging in from a different device to see if the issue carries over?

I will try today. I am using a Dell laptop running Windows. All working well otherwise.
