I recently opened an EMail which contained the message "Audio" in the file and now my E-Mail Address has been prefixed with the word AUDIO in front of my Address and is therefore not being recognised by my colleagues or going to Spam/Junk........how do I remove this AUDIO tag in front of my actual E-Mail address please?

Welcome to the community.

I understand how frustrating this would be, especially if people are missing your emails when they are dropping into spam/junk folders.

Are you sending the email from BT Email on a browser or are you using another platform or app?
