Problem logging onto email

Hi - we both have btinternet email accounts but for the past few days we've had problems logging in via the PC.

We log onto the BT website fine, chose Email and we get a whirling tab https://email.bt.com/mail/index-rui.jsp?v=ci-MX_3.6.0.

If this does finally settle onto the email log in page (and it doesn't happen every time), we enter our correct details and once again get the https://email.bt.com/mail/index-rui.jsp?v=ci-MX_3.6.0.

I've cleared the browsing history and cache etc but it's still near impossible to log in to the accounts. I can still pick up my emails on my android but my husband doesn't have a smart phone so he can't pick up his.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

What happens when you use the direct log on page.

We've never been able to log on directly. We've always had to go through the main site.

The link took me to the main BT site but when I tried to log onto email, same problem.
