My sent emails don’t seem to be saving, the only sent emails I have are from 2021 so looks like all my previously sent messages since then have been deleted to. I’ve checked settings and the box is ticked to save sent messages. Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.

When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

Do you use your email on more than one device? If so and it uses an email app have you checked the settings on that/those devices?

I’ve just checked in the mail app on my iPhone and nothing in settings to suggest it shouldn’t be saving sent messages.
