    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi... in mozilla thunderbird i can add colour tags to messages. can i do this in BT webmail? also i can't find any tags menu under settings. any advice appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having never had a BT email address I am not 100% certain however I do not believe the webmail offers this facility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is based on a review of a number of other community posts regarding email formatting and the fact that webmail providers tend to offer a more "stripped back" approach vs client features such as in thunderbird.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone who knows differently please include me in any response with the info AI am happy to lrarn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
