have you checked server settings on mobile are correct? POP 3 or IMAP?

are you using a VPN on mobile?

thank you - tbh I have no idea. I checked mail settings on my I-Phone and couldn't see any reference to server settings . I don't know what a VPN setting is - or again how I would check. Regards Mike

Make sure you have not blocked your email address or its domain, the part after the @.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete"
