Firefox & BTemail Login, unable to complete login, screen greyed out, other sites working ok

Thanks for posting on the BT Community.

Have you been able to log into your BT email using Firefox previously?

Also, have you cleared cookies and cache in your browser settings?

Yes it started about 4 weeks ago. Cleared caches. No joy. BUT, after running Ccleaner latest, I have now got Firefox and BT Email to talk to each other again. Thank you for your reply Leanne_T
