    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I use Apple devices - phone, I pad and Mac and have to constantly re log in when looking at BT e mail - why is this please? Really poor functionality in my opinion in respect of BT e mail. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I access my BT email via an iPhone and an iPad (as well as a Windows PC) and don't have this problem. Are you using the Mail app that comes pre-installed on Apple devices? If so, have you tried disconnecting the BT mail account and re-connecting it (via Settings, Mail, Accounts)? If no joy it might be worth contacting Apple as I've found them very helpful with issues like this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
