Leaving BT Broadband

Hi All,

I am unfortunately having to leave BT broadband. I have my own BT email address together with 3 other gifted BT email addresses that I would still like to access and use. Is there a process to ensure access to all those will not disappear and i can make a decision over whether to keep some or all on premium after the move? any advice on what i should do to ensure full access would be appreciated.

They will be downgraded to BTMail Basic which can only be used on webmail not with an app or email client.

You can upgrade to Premium anytime.
