So many email problems

BT email is driving me mad.

You have changed the typeface to Times New Roman (I think) and it is SO much harder to read. Please change it back!

The cursor is returning back to the beginning of the email every minute or so. It is very difficult to type an email of any length at all without constantly having to delete letters and put the cursor back to where it should be. It is infuriating.

If I add lots of attachments the "send" button goes off the bottom of the screen and I can't scroll down (on my PC) so just have to delete attachments and send another email.

BT email never used to have any of these problems. I wish it would all be sorted as the new email format should be long past it's teething problems by now.

Just bypass all of BT Webmail's problems by using an email client like Thunderbird.
It's a free download and you can easily set it up with your email using just your email address and password
