Hi just trying to check my mail status (Basic/Standard..) but cannot see any relevant info in the MyBT section.

I have had BTMail (with at least 2 bt email addresses) and broadband for several (15+) years . So guess it must be Std .

Log onto your MyBT then go to Your Products then Mail,Manage. The Account Type is shown at the top of the page.
