    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the history and cookies from your web browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help try restarting you computer and if that doesn't help turn off your BT Hub for about 30 mins. When you restart you should have been issued with a new IP address and hopefully conected to a different email server that will give you access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My bt mail is working fine on my phone but when I try to open on&amp;nbsp; my desktop computer I'm gettin error message - "http status 404 - not found. The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose one that exists"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas to sort welcome!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
