email connect

Cannot contact email service at night on my computer but I can during the day. i can connect from my iPod. I have tried to contact them on the computer but when I press the message button, to message them, nothing happens.

This has never happened before only the last couple of nights. I have done all the checks they have suggested but still don’t work. Any advice?

If it is only happening at night it would suggest that you have a setting on either your router or your PC set to prevent access between certain times.

When it happens is it only your email that won't connect to the Internet or is can your PC not connect to any sites in the Internet?

I can connect to most sites, but am worried i cannot connect to my email and "Patient access" to order my medication for various conditions. If I have stopped my computer connecting to email between certain times, how do I check?

After much trouble I think I have fixed it. I first tried to fix it by turning off the VPN and that worked but of course I had no cover. I went to the VPN site and they suggested I change locations so I am now using Austria as my location and it all seems to be OK. Thank you for your help. I would also like to think that this answer may help someone else.
