BT EMAIL ACCOUNT

Ican't get into my email acc.I get a message you need to resecure your account,set new password etc.Is this genuine,can't access anything with my bt email address.

SORRY,this is my second post regarding this problem.this is the complete message that i'm getting.

YOUR LOGIN IS NO LONGER SECURE.PLEASE( RESECUREYOUR ACCOUNT) THIS IS A CLICKABLE LINK. TO CONTINUE.

I've clicked the link takes me to a page with all manner of stuff on it.

Can anyone confirm that this is actually from BT before i start trying to fix this ,if it is genuine.I'm assuming that it is, because i can't acess anything.I've run my anti virus security which has come up clean

I've now sorted this using a bt phone number
