Images not loading in mail app on iphone 16 pro

Greetings

I have never managed to see images in any emails in the bt mail app!!!

Logged onto web mail and images all unblocked as per instructions, but never see images. Has been like this since I started using bt mail from Feb. To see images I go to the iphone mail app, very annoying.

Any suggestions other that unblock all images, which does not work.

Simple answer, stop using the BTMail app!

Use the iPhone's own email app or one of the other free email apps for the iPhone.

Why on earth would you use the dire BT mail app in preference to the native iPhone mail app?

Stop being negative. As a former softie! Tell people the problem so they can fix it. Trumpism/ Faragism is critical without fixes!

The replies were not being negative, in fact just the opposite, we are positive that the BTMail app is a very poor app!

As regards telling you how to fix the problem we also did that but in case you missed it.... you should ditch the BTMail app.

In my opinion saying ditch the app or words to that effect are negative.

If bt apo team ignore your advice then yes I will ditch it as they are ignoring feedback!

I work in a time critical role and the bt mail app is a push service, hence why I use it.

Apple mail is a pull service.

Sometimes I receive images, again time critical, so bt mail app tells me and I then open up apple mail to see them!

Mind made up, having to use two apps!

I don't have an iPhone, but a quick Google search reveals the mail app can be configured for push or fetch.
