    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using BT email on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I think I've managed to fix it. I clicked on 'View' &amp;gt; 'Message Options' and un-highlighted 'Conversation View.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The page re-loaded and my pinned emails were visible again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last few days I'm unable to see the emails that are pinned to the top of my inbox. They're just greyed out, and&amp;nbsp; when I log-on I get the message 'we are experiencing issues with this service, please try again later.'&lt;/P&gt;</description>
