I'm considering moving from BT to another provider (due to costs). If I do, can I continue using my @btinternet.com email address?

Be aware that once you leave BT Broadband your BTMail will only work with a web browser. It will not work with email clients or email apps such as you may use on mobile devices.

But be aware that you can pay a monthly subscription to keep the "premium" email service, which can be used with email clients and apps
