Deleting e-mails

When I delete a message from my e-mail in box the tick sign for deletion then automatically moves to the box for the e-mail below. I've accidentally deleted e-mails I don't want to delete if I don't spot this. Is there a way of preventing it from happening please.

This was a problem with earlier versions of the "updated" email webpage but it was fixed in more recent versions of the email page.

Which version of BTMail are you running. It should be version MX3.8.0. You can check by logging onto your account and looking at the web page address bar.

You could try a different web browser to see if it stops the problem.

You could also try clearing your web browser's history and cookies.

Thanks for this. I have the correction version MX3.8.0 so will try the other options you mention. 🙏
