I thought I'd post a new thread rather than tag onto the 'hot' one today. As my email access was gradually coming back I typed all my details into the login box and was then asked to download a PIN which BT had sent to one of my backup contact methods. I did this before I was allowed access. Is there any way that I can ask for this to be a permanent feature whenever I log in?
