Accessing older emails

How can access emails that are older than 2 weeks. Last email appearing in my inbox is 01/02/25?

Check conversation view is not enabled in settings.

I've checked it's not enabled. It's the same problem on my mobile and PC.

How do you access your email account on each of your devices. Is it with a web browser or with an email client/app? If with an email client or app is the client or app set up as an IMAP account or a POP3 account.

If you are not sure you will need to check in the email client/app settings.

Depending on how you set up your email account on your mobile device's email app you may have set it up to delete emails after 14 days. You will need to check its settings to see if that is the case.

I haven't changed anything on either the PC or Mobile this happened a couple of weeks ago. Complete mystery. Seems other people have been having the same problem.

Cheers @Denny5, could you please just confirm how it is you're accessing these emails like @gg30340 mentioned?

Are you logging on in a browser via BT Webmail or using a dedicated email app like Outlook or Apple Mail?
