cannot compose emails

If have a new laptop. When I try to reply or compose a new email the text box is tiny and not sufficient to enter text. Still works OK on old laptop.

I am presuming you are using a web browser to access your email and not an email client/app.

Try changing the size/zoom of the webpage.

If using a Windows computer, start to compose then press the Ctrl key and repeatedly pressing the + key until you get the size you want.

The only way I know to access BT email is via BT.com.
