bt email login - do I really need to do this

I have finally been able to set up access so that I can help my Dad manage his account through my BT.

When my Dad's broadband, phone & TV account was originally set up, I believe that the BT sales rep ticked the online billing only button. I'm also guessing, but at the same time a spurious bt email account was set up - which I saw when I first logged into myBT today.

Stupid me didn't right down the email address - doth!! However, I assume this is where any correspondence about my Dad's account is residing. I particularly want to access this email to check on the contract terms relating to Dad's recent service changes last month.

Is there anyway to access this email account to check it even though there aren't any login credentials?

@BT - a service improvement suggestion - in the myBT account - set up a 'My Messages' tab/section specifically for service related correspondence - on a similar basis to how Sky do it
