Creating New Email addresses

I have BT Premium Mail and pay £7.50 a month for it but cannot create nerw email addresses as advertised. The option no longer exists under Manage Email. What's going on? How can I get this fixed? I urgently need to set up additional Email addresses. I'm supposed to get up to 11.

Why on earth would you want to tie yourself down any further with ISP email addresses, just create free Gmail addresses.

It's for business purposes so I need the unlimited storage
