I receive some emails from my Vet such as APPT Reminders et cetera. However, if they send an attachment such as a bill or invoice, I do not receive these. I have added their email address to my trusted senders done everything which has been suggested in other posts, but nothing seems to work. Have tried to ring BT because I like talking to people rather than using a robot. Some stupid I will send you a link thing comes up doesn’t work. Pulling my hair out now because I have to drive a 10 mile round-trip to the Vets to pick up a hard copy please help.

There's a very simple answer, get a Gmail address.
