    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you send and receive using a web browser?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The BTMail app is in my opinion a piece of rubbish. You should try a decent free email app such as Bluemail for Windows as well as Android and Apple.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked via your MyBT &amp;gt; Your Products &amp;gt; Email, manage, to see that your account type is showing as Premium and not Basic?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep receiving error message Server outage, please try later. I’ve reloaded the BT Email app, changed the password and on every device it’s the same message when i try to log in. Even cleared the Google cache. Just stumped&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long has this been happening?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you considered that there is a problem with the BT email server as per the error message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to log on using a web browser instead of the BTMail app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See link&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say "&lt;EM&gt;see and read my email via the BT products website"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt; does this also mean that you can send from there. If so it would appear there is nothing wrong with your email account or password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It could just be there is a problem with the BT servers as per the error message and it will be eventually sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try another free email app even if only on a temporary basis to see if the BTMail app is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have spoken to BT direct and they acknowledge that there is a problem with the BT app and are working to fix this issue. So we just relax and it’s Friday. Thanks for your support.</description>
