    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since yesterday (31/03), I have been unable to send or receive emails via the BT website or Outlook whilst using my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I can send and receive emails via Outlook on my mobile phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stobinnein&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At this stage do not delete any apps or change any passwords.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you log onto your email account using the Email button at the top of this page?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you get any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does your phone email work using the 4/5g mobile signal and your wireless signal from your BT hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting your laptop and if that did not or does not work have you tried turning your BT Hub off for about 30 minutes?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you turn it back on you should have been issued with a new IP address and connected to a different BTMail server. which may resolve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
