    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152124"&gt;@coleyjf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I moved from BT to EE a few weeks ago and had problems on the accounts side, but the physical move of broadband and telephone went through overnight without any problems. All the account problems were sorted with some before and the others after migration following various phone calls. The last being not able to administer the BT emails via my BTID, which was the same as you with “&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm not the account holder”. But this was sorted quickly following a phone call and the guide was aware of the known problem and passed it on to back office support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Managing BT Email now migrated to EE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I manage my BT email for an account that has migrated to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I logon to MY BT select my BT account it says I do not have email and there is no way to manage it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click on the EE account it shows I have email, but when I click manage, I get an error saying I cannot access it as I am not the account holder or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cheers, I have taken a look at the link and it doesn't show how I can manage my email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I logon to my BT Account through MY BT, I have no option to click manage my email anywhere.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I only see this when on MYBT and I switch to the new EE Account on there, I can see EMAIL as a product there, but if I click manage I get an access error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same problem since I was migrated to EE but retained my BT Mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I log into MyBT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An account with my EE account number is shown in the Account No. display and Email under products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clicking on the Manage button get an error message as below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You cannot access this page as you are not the registered billing account holder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Clicking on the Get Help link gets a Page not found error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On my EE account there is no Email link.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like BT has not thought through the migration process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem with the "Manage" button not working from the BT account. I found another way to get there though: Log&amp;nbsp;into web mail (&lt;A href="https://email.bt.com/mail" target="_blank"&gt;https://email.bt.com/mail&lt;/A&gt;), then go to "account info" (it's one of the options when you click on your email address at the top right of the webmail screen) - on the page that opens up there is a link to "Manage email addresses", which after entering your BTID and password successfully goes to the email management page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been unable to contact support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait times in excess of 30mins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was BT who moved me to EE and it has been a complete shambles from start to finish.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not in the least bit surprised this part does not work either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
