I’ve had Bt email for years.

Please can anyone tell me if premium service allows you to access your emails via your mobile phone without going through Bt.com page?

yes if you pay for premium email then you are able to access from mobile or from 3rd party app

If you are presently a BT Broadband customer there is no need to go through the BT.com page to access your email. You can use an email client or email app on your devices including a mobile phone.

It is only if you are not a BT Broadband customer and your email account has been "downgraded" to a Basic account that you have to use a web browser to access your email or pay £7.50 for a BT Premium email account so that you can use email client or an email app.
