Yes, nothing's changed - a meeting I have tomorrow is showing as starting at mid-day whereas the invite clearly says that it starts at 11:00; calendar setting is GMT +1.00 Europe/London, which is exactly the same as the time zone in the meeting invite.

Hello, currently having a problem with meetings that I've accepted showing incorrect time on the calendar. Calendar time zone is (I believe correctly) "[GMT + 1:00] Europe/London"; however, meetings that I have accepted with the same time zone stipulated are showing on the calendar as one hour ahead. For example, a meeting starting at 11:00 in the invite is showing as starting at mid-day in the calendar - not very helpful. Any clues as to what the problem is, and how to solve it, would be appreciated. My operating system is Windows 10 if that's relevant. Many thanks.

Hi @SharonG1

Could you try changing the time zone from GMT +1 to GMT, then back to GMT +1 please? Make sure to hit the 'save' button each time.

Is the time zone showing correctly in the device settings of the Windows 10 device? Just trying to make sure they're both matched up.

Let me know if it works better after that.

Hi Chris

Thank you for the suggestion, but it didn't work unfortunately - in fact, when I changed the time zone to GMT, the time in the meeting invite changed to 10:00 but the time on the calendar remained at 12:00! The time zone on the device is "(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London" and the time on the device itself is correct.

Sharon

Definitely not Outlook - I just log in to email through the BT home page, so I assume that that's BT Webmail. No calendar on the BT mail app on my phone.

Sharon

Our email team have done some digging around this one and haven't been able to replicate the issue you've noticed here.

Are you still noticing the same happening with the calendar now?
Peter

If you search back the forum you will see that this problem happens almost every year but don't worry it always mysteriously resolves its self after six months.
