Hi, I have a Windows 11 laptop (Lenovo E590) with microsoft 365. I have nine email accounts on Microsoft Outlook and all work fine when connected to my BT internet connection at home. when I take my laptop out of my home and use a secure wifi hub wifi to connect to the internet, all email accounts work as they should except my 2 @BTInternet.com email accounts - I can recieve emails OK, but can not send any - they just sit in my outbox. I have three different wifi hubs (all on ee) and can not get to send emails from @BTinternet.com from any of them - any ideas?

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client

See link

https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products

If you can send and receive when using webmail (web browser) and when using your home network there would appear to be nothing wrong with your BTMail account.

Where are the EE hubs that you have a problem with?

Are they all on the same network or are they different networks?

Is it only with the three EE hubs, presumably on a different network to your home that this happens. ie have your tried it elsewhere and if so what happens?
