When replying cursor is not at top of email

Yesterday I was replying to emails and the cursor was set at the start of the text 'original message' and cannot be shifted to the start of the reply. Same again this morning. How can I get it back to where it has always been?

I am using BTMail in Chrome browser on my desktop.

I've had this too, over a few days last week, but intermittently. Was ok on Friday 2 May.
Webmail with Edge.

Yes, I also suddenly have this exact same problem, starting a day or two ago. This is quite annoying as it means that my reply messages are marked with the bars that are meant to indicate just the original received message. Which is confusing for the recipients.

I'm using Firefox browser (latest version). So that's now 3 different browsers that this issue is reported as showing on, so it doesn't seem to be a browser-related problem.

Maybe BT have made a recent update to the webmail software and accidentally introduced this problem? Please can it be fixed soon?

I have the same problem. So many things have been changed recently that it is so annoying but hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Try clearing your history and cookies then retry typing an email.

Mine was okay now when replying to email today (14-05-2025).
